This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how Midsummer Technologies Private Limited, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (“Snoopie”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes Personal Data that Snoopie collects from you.

This Policy applies to all the products, services, websites - www.Snoopie.ai (the “Website”), and apps offered by Snoopie and its affiliates/partners, except if specified otherwise. In this document, we explain what personal information of yours will be collected when you access the Services, how such Personal Data will be used when it might be disclosed, and how you can control the collection, correction, and/or deletion of your Personal Data. This Privacy Policy is part of and governed by our Terms of Service.

This policy DOES NOT apply to information collected offline, through any other apps or websites (including websites you may access through the Website or Snoopie software), or by any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Website. These other websites, apps, or third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information through them.

NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes or claims arising under this Privacy Policy, or relating in any way to your use of the Website or Snoopie software, will be resolved by final and binding arbitration as provided for in our Terms of Service. Unless you opt out, you will only be able to pursue claims against Snoopie on an individual basis, not as part of any class or representative action or proceeding, and you will only be permitted to seek relief (including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief) on an individual basis.

1. Definitions

  1. Controller

    means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body that alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.

  2. End-User

    means any person or entity with whom the Subscriber interacts using the Service(s).

  3. Personal Data

    means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

  4. Service(s)

    means the services offered by Snoopie through their proprietary collaborative customer onboarding platform.

  5. Subscriber

    means the natural or legal person that has subscribed to the Service(s) by signing up for the Service(s).

  6. Website(s)

    means the website(s) that Snoopie operates.

2. How is your data collected?

  1. You directly provide Snoopie with most of the data we collect. Snoopie collects Personal Data from you when you:
    1. subscribe to any of Snoopie’s Service(s) by signing up;
    2. use or view Snoopie’s Website which may result in Personal Data being collected via your browser’s Cookies;
    3. submit web forms on our Website(s) or as you use interactive features of the Website(s), including participation in surveys, contests, promotions, sweepstakes,
    4. request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us; or
    5. when you use the Service(s), Snoopie automatically collects information on the type of device you use, and the operating system version, to perform our agreement with you.
  2. Snoopie may also receive your Personal Data indirectly as follows:
    1. from third-party sources like databases and social media but only where we have checked that these third parties either have your consent or are otherwise legally permitted or required to disclose your personal information to us;
    2. if you authorize Snoopie to connect with a third-party service, Snoopie will access and store your name, email address(es), current city, profile picture URL, and other Personal Data that the third-party service makes available to Snoopie, and use and disclose it in accordance with this Policy.
  3. The Website includes social media features and widgets that are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Website and your interaction with these social media features and widgets is governed by the privacy statement of the companies that provide them. You should check your privacy settings on these third-party services to understand and change the information sent to Snoopie through these services. This data may be combined with the other information Snoopie collects and might include aggregate level or specific data.

When you access or use the Website or Services, or access their content, certain third parties, such as advertisers, analytics companies, your mobile device manufacturer, your mobile service provider, and End-Users may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you, your computer or your device. The information these third parties collect may be associated with your personal information or your online or mobile activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. Such third parties may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control third parties tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

3. Processing of Personal Data

  1. Snoopie processes your Personal Data in the following scenarios:
    1. to facilitate your access and use of the Websites and Services;
    2. to improve the Websites and the Services;
    3. to process and complete payment transactions;
    4. to provide onboarding services, customer success services, customer service, and support;
    5. to market and advertise in compliance with applicable law ;
    6. to perform analytics in connection with the Website and Services;
    7. to investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access to the Websites and Service(s), and other illegal activities;
    8. to personalize the Websites and Service(s);
    9. in the event Snoopie merges with or is acquired by another company, sells Snoopie’s Websites, or business units, or if all or a substantial portion of Snoopie’s assets are acquired by another company. In such cases, your information will likely be one of the assets that are transferred;
    10. to notify you when updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide through the Website and Services;
    11. to perform internal training and quality assurance; and
    12. for other purposes for which Snoopie obtains your consent;
